How do I access the OviDrive Mobile Application?

The OviDrive Mobile Application is used by drivers whom have been enrolled into the OviDrive SaaS and/or Fleet Support services by their employer. Upon being enrolled, OviDrive will issue you with your driver login credentials. You can use your credentials to gain access to your driver profile within the OviDrive Mobile Application. Who do I contact regarding my company car, contract or replacement car?

For any inquiries regarding your company car contract, car purchase, maintenance, replacement car requests, tires, repairs, or follow-up about a car on order, please contact your leasing company directly. They will be able to provide the necessary assistance and information. You can find your Leasing Company contact information in the OviDrive Mobile App, under the Vehicle section, then Contract card.

Who do I contact if I've been involved in an accident?

In case of life threatening situations, contact emergency services immediately. In the event of a non life threatening car accident, reach out to your leasing company, insurance company, and/or your broker. They will guide you through the claims process and ensure all necessary steps are taken to handle the situation. You can find their contact information in the OviDrive Mobile App, under Vehicle then Damage & Accident card.

Who do I contact regarding my fuel card, charging card, or charging station?

For any issues or questions regarding your fuel card, charging card, or charging station, please contact the leasing company, the fuel company, or the charging provider. They are responsible for providing support and resolving issues related to these services. Their contact information is found in the OviDrive Mobile App, under Vehicle, then Energy.

How do I initiate the ordering process for a new company car?

To initiate a new car order, please contact our fleet support team. We will assist you with the processes and ensure your needs are met efficiently. You can do so from the OviDrive Mobile App or by emailing thrive@ovidrive.com
